Finance Trainee

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
• Excel Advanced Level
• Excellent analytical skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Solid communication, technology, analytical, and management skills
• High level of English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions
• Update accounting journal entries
• Track and reconcile bank statements
• Record accounts payable
• Process invoices and follow up with suppliers and partners as needed
• Provide support in taxes settlement and payment
• Provide administrative support during budget preparation

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Navision, Power BI, and other accounting software programs is a plus
