Summary

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Expert-level Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • SQL experience required
  • Working knowledge of financial data: forecasting, reporting and analysis experience
  • Ability to swiftly extract key insights from data
  • Proven ability to approach complex problems with curiosity and an analytical mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, Statistics, Economics or related field
  • At least 4+ years of experience focused on financial and data analysis

Responsibilities

  • Lead preparation and analysis of OWN program contractor payout materials
  • Support equipment sales and tracking into the OWN program schedules
  • Develop a forecasting process to understand sensitivities to changes in valuations and/or utilization
  • Will involve writing SQL queries for necessary data retrieval
  • Implement best practices in financial analysis to support continuous improvement of processes
  • Responsible for identifying roadblocks to scaling and implementing automations to solve for those problems
  • Corporate finance exposure: forecasting, reporting, and analysis experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Alteryx experience a plus
  • Construction project management experience a plus
