Requirements

  • Have 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, with at least 1-2 years working in dynamic sectors like construction, engineering, infrastructure, or environmental services
  • Have hands-on expertise with financial ERP systems (DATEV, Maconomy, Unit4, Tagetik, or similar)
  • Have a proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
  • Be a master of Excel and skilled in financial reporting tools, ensuring data works for you, not the other way around
  • Be a confident, clear communicator who can translate complex financial data into insights anyone can understand

Responsibilities

  • Drive financial success for construction projects by managing budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to optimize performance
  • Dive deep into cost structures, project expenditures, and profitability to deliver insights that fuel smarter decision-making
  • Create and present impactful financial reports and dashboards, giving senior management the tools to strategize with confidence
  • Harness the power of ERP financial systems like DATEV, Maconomy, Unit4, and Tagetik to streamline data management and reporting
  • Partner closely with project managers and the finance team to enhance financial efficiency and collaboration
  • Play a key role in month-end and quarter-end closing processes, ensuring financial data is accurate, reliable, and ready for action
