Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in a financial analyst or similar role
- Demonstrated experience with AI, machine learning, or data science tools
- Familiarity with and enthusiasm for working with enterprise software systems such as Salesforce and NetSuite
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to other internal tools and platforms
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Strategic thinking with the ability to communicate insights clearly
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills with data
- Ability to influence and collaborate across departments
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain productivity in a remote work situations
- Knowledge of GAAP accounting
Responsibilities
- Perform financial analysis duties including generating and evaluating key financial data and metrics (including the development of dashboards) as well as leveraging AI-driven analytics tools where applicable
- Identify trends in financial performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Build and maintain comprehensive financial models, including three-statement models (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow)
- Serve as a key contributor on regular reporting for the executive and leadership teams, board meetings, capital partners and banking compliance
- Pull, scrub, and structure data from multiple systems (ERP, CRM, billing platforms, etc.) to support ad-hoc analysis and ongoing performance metrics
- Assist in maintaining the long-range plan in support of the company's growth strategy in partnership with executive management and finance leadership
- Partner with other departments within TimelyCare to develop and manage key operational reporting and analyses
- Assist in the preparation of the company budget, the quarterly reforecast process, and the regular budget/forecast-to-actual reporting process. This includes serving as a key liaison interdepartmentally within TimelyCare, effectively communicating historical and future financial performance information
- Serve as Finance team subject matter expert on reporting from various company software systems (Accounting, CRM, etc.), and champion the integration and use of AI and automation tools for enhanced reporting
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in predictive modeling, scenario analysis, and AI-based forecasting
