Join Experian's North America FP&A team as a Senior Financial Analyst, supporting region-wide planning and reporting functions for Automation and Corporate teams. You will collaborate to improve planning and reporting through process standardization, reporting to the FP&A Supervisor in Costa Rica. Key responsibilities include monthly and annual planning and analysis using Hyperion and Oracle, preparing management reports, managing labor budget reporting and forecasting, promoting standardization and efficiency in financial reporting, analyzing operating results, and creating process documentation. This fully remote position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4+ years of progressive finance experience. Advanced Excel skills and experience with Hyperion, OBIEE, Hyperion Planning/Essbase, and SmartView are essential. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- 4+ years of progressive experience in Finance
- Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience driving improvements in forecast accuracy, process efficiencies, and system automations
- Experience with Hyperion data extraction
- Advanced Excel skills required; experience with financial systems and tools, including OBIEE, Hyperion Planning/Essbase, and SmartView
Responsibilities
- Support monthly and annual planning and analysis processes using Hyperion and Oracle applications
- Prepare monthly management reports and support ad hoc requests for revenue/cost reporting and analysis
- In charge of labor budget reporting and forecast analysis, including HC adjustments
- Promote standardization and create efficiencies across financial reporting and analysis models
- Analyze operating results and investigate variances
- Create desktop procedure documents for routine processes
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Microsoft Access, Power BI, and Tableau is an ideal
