Remote Financial Analyst

Summary

Join Turing as a Financial Analyst on their FP&A team and play an important role in financial planning processes. You will develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support forecasting and operational processes for the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent
• 4+ years of FP&A and financial reporting experience, ideally in a high growth start-up
• Excellent financial modeling and analysis skills
• Superior G-Suite experience (Google Spreadsheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides)
• Experience in financial systems such as Netsuite and Salesforce
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
• Ability to effectively work cross-functionally with departments throughout the organization
• Strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail
• A demonstrated ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly under pressure and tight deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience presenting analyses to management

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the CEO, CFO, and senior leadership to help achieve financial goals
• Own a bottom-up corporate financial model with functional inputs for Revenue and OpEx
• Perform variance analysis to identify deviations from planned financial outcomes and provide insights to mitigate risks
• Support company planning activities, including quarterly short and long-term forecasts and the annual operating plan
• Prepare executive management presentations, including monthly reporting packages, BoD content, and QBRs
