Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
  • 5-10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or auditing
  • At least 3-5 years in a senior accounting or finance role
  • Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting
  • Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Advanced Excel and financial data analysis skills
  • Experience with audit processes and internal controls
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for financial decision-making
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for reporting to executives
  • Strategic thinking to align financial goals with business objectives
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial reporting

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
  • Monitor and control costs to improve profitability
  • Identify areas of financial inefficiencies and propose corrective actions
  • Oversee cost allocation and expense management
  • Support decision-making by providing financial analysis and insights
  • Evaluate financial viability of new projects, mergers, and acquisitions
  • Provide financial forecasts to assist in strategic planning and decision-making
