Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems, including QuickBooks Online
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and other regulatory requirements
- Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
- Lead the annual budgeting process and develop financial forecasts
- Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and decision-making
- Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Coordinate and manage audits and liaise with external auditors
- Oversee cash flow planning and management
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Develop strategies to optimize cash flow and working capital
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Provide financial modelling and scenario analysis to support business decisions
- Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis as required
Preferred Qualifications
