Financial Manager, Remote - Worldwide

Summary

Onit is seeking a Financial Manager with a strong analytical background to play a critical role in their GTM, helping establish pricing strategies, managing the pricebook, and improving forecast processes. This high-visibility role involves owning the company's pricebook, creating new pricing for products, analyzing expense data, and communicating complex financial data to C-Suite executives and Board Members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or another related field
• Experience supporting the sales and GTM teams from an FP&A perspective
• Ability to effectively prioritize multiple work responsibilities simultaneously
• Confident and effective communication skills – both electronically, verbally, and over video
• Deep experience in MS Excel modeling, including financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Familiarity with GAAP required
• Ability to communicate and collaborate well with multiple business partners across the company and display strong initiative to anticipate and meet business demands of senior management
• Great team member who is willing to work in a collaborative and innovative way to continually improve the team’s processes and performance
• Experience with pricebook management and pricing analysis

Responsibilities

• Own the company pricebook
• Create new pricing for new products and analyze current pricing structure, proposing changes and modeling out the impact
• Improve and own the forecast process for Pipeline, Bookings, Churn
• Analyze expense data, trends, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Create output to visually communicate complex, detailed financial data and analysis to C-Suite executives and Board Members
• Continuously assess and improve financial processes and workflows for greater efficiency and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

4 years of experience working in finance / financial planning and analysis (FP&A) is preferred
