Remote Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

Join our fast-paced startup as a full-time FP&A Specialist to work remotely with the Finance Team, supporting board requests and providing comprehensive business-level reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or related finance roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports and analyses for internal and external reporting
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making
• Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights to leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret financial data
• Create and deliver business-level updates to stakeholders
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
