Financial Planning Associate

Summary

The job is for a Financial Planning team member at Range.com, an all-in-one wealth management platform. The role involves hosting onboarding sessions with members, supporting the team with answering questions, keeping the team organized, assisting with product automation projects, and building out the membership learning library. The ideal candidate has a CFP® designation or is working towards it, has 1+ years of experience in client-facing financial services roles, exceptional investment acumen, strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, written communication skills, and a BS or BA in Finance, Accounting, or related fields. Additionally, experience using financial services technology, an interest in the tech industry, and/or experience with start-ups are beneficial.

Requirements

• CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation or working towards the certification
• 1+ years experience in a client-facing financial services roles

Responsibilities

• Host onboarding sessions with members to ensure data accuracy
• Support the Financial Planning team with answering member questions
• Keep the team organized and assist with product automation projects
• Assist with building out our membership learning library

Preferred Qualifications

• Exceptional investment acumen and knowledge of broader planning topics
• Strong organizational, leadership, and written communication skills
• BS or BA in Finance, Accounting, or other related major preferred
• Experience using financial services technology
• An interest in the tech industry and/or experience with start-ups
