Join Komodo Health's Finance & Accounting organization as a NetSuite administrator, contributing to the company's growth and IPO readiness. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of NetSuite and other financial systems, ensuring system optimization and continuous improvement. Key duties include developing reports, dashboards, and saved searches; leading system evaluations and implementations; and providing user support and training. You will collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT teams on system-related projects. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 6+ years of NetSuite experience, strong accounting principles understanding, and excellent problem-solving skills. Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in Account, Finance, Information Technology or related degree
- Proven experience in a financial systems management role with expertise in NetSuite ERP (6+ years preferred)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite modules such as Financial Management, Procurement, Order Management, and Advanced Financials
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex financial data and systems
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficient in financial system integrations and data imports/exports
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with database management
- Communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable system solutions
Responsibilities
- Successful integration of CPQ to Netsuite
- Taken over the administration for financial systems, such as, Netsuite & Zip
- Increased the amount of automation of schedules & tasks in Netsuite
- NetSuite & other Finance System Administration: Oversee the day-to-day management of NetSuite, including user management, role configurations, system integrations, and troubleshooting
- Ensure NetSuite configurations are in line with financial policies, standards, and business requirements
- Develop and maintain customized reports, dashboards, and saved searches to meet reporting and analysis needs
- Oversee day to day management of other financial systems such as Zip
- System Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process automation and system improvements to enhance financial operations and efficiency
- Lead the evaluation, testing, and implementation of new features, updates, or third-party integrations within NetSuite
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define system requirements and develop solutions to meet evolving business needs
- Financial Data Management: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all financial transactions within NetSuite
- Monitor the closing process and ensure the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures
- User Support & Training: Provide ongoing support to end users across the finance and accounting departments
- Develop and deliver training materials to ensure staff are proficient in utilizing NetSuite effectively
- Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with IT or vendors to resolve technical problems
- Collaboration with Finance & IT Teams: Work closely with finance, accounting, and IT teams to understand business needs and drive solutions in NetSuite
- Lead or assist in system-related projects, such as software upgrades, system migrations, or new system integrations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with additional financial software (Pigment or Zip) or ERPs (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
- Experience working with other enterprise systems such as Salesforce or Workday is a plus
- Experience with financial data analysis tools and BI reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- NetSuite Certifications strongly preferred
Benefits
- $140,000 โ $210,000 USD
- This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits
- This position may be eligible for performance-based bonuses as determined in the Companyโs sole discretion
