Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, or revenue operations
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce reporting and best practices
  • Experience in sales forecasting, Salesforce reporting and analysis, and executive communication/data synthesizing
  • Excellent cross-functional communication, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Highly detail-oriented, with exceptional creative problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in an organized, efficient manner in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements
  • Collaborative, strategic mindset with a focus on revenue optimization
  • Must be located in either Pacific or Mountain time zone

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Sales leadership on weekly sales forecast outputs, identifying over/under-performing channels and supporting territory planning
  • Drive analyses, frame business problems, and communicate actionable insights with a bias towards execution
  • Lead cross-functional strategic projects, including structuring problems, implementing solutions, and measuring impact
  • Perform ongoing analysis of business performance to support daily operations
  • Manage bulk uploads for campaign management, task management, and recycled lead initiatives
  • Coordinate with StratOps teammates to improve sales organization systems and processes
