Join Wellhub, a corporate wellness platform, as a Fitness Partner Sales Representative in London! This role focuses on growing our partner portfolio and driving overall growth within the UK & Ireland. You will research and identify new fitness partners, manage the sales process from initial contact to partnership launch, and consistently exceed daily and monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate possesses outbound sales experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for health and wellness. This is a hybrid role requiring at least two days a week in the London office.
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Must reside in London with availability to go to the office at least twice a week
- Minimum of 2 years experience in outbound sales role where you owned the sales process from initial outreach to close
- Outgoing and enthusiastic conversationalist with strong phone presence and perseverance comfortable with cold calling as well as multiple other communication touchpoints
- Ability to work a high volume of leads in a fast paced environment
- Experience managing expectations and overcoming objections with leads and stakeholders
- Positive attitude that thrives in a team setting while also owning your accountability for individual motivation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to demonstrate an organized workflow and funnel management experience
Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and tenaciously target new opportunities via various forms and channels of communication
- Prospect from initial contact to partnership agreement and network launch
- Develop creative and innovative ways to connect with potential fitness partners
- Maintain a high volume of activity, including cold calls, emails, and social media through various outreach tools
- Provide consistent follow-up through different stages of the sales cycle using provided tech tools
- Be accountable for consistently reaching and exceeding your daily KPI metrics, as well as your monthly sales quota

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of SaaS sales or Wellness Management Software is desirable
