Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 1+ years of proven experience in outbound sales
  • 1+ years of proven experience in a sales customer-facing role working towards specific goals/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Ability to speak and write in English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to plan, pitch, and execute a sales strategy
  • Collaborative and continuous learning mindset. Strong willingness to actively contribute ideas and support their peers but also to demonstrate a genuine eagerness to learn and adapt continuously

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of your sales targets, aligning the business with the defined objectives and key results
  • Conduct accurate forecasting and provide regular reports on the status of your sales performance
  • Utilize phone and email channels to proactively engage with potential new prospects. Aim to make approximately 100 calls per day
  • Arrange productive meetings by effectively communicating and demonstrating the value of our offering to ensure high-quality interactions
  • Join Sales Representatives (AEs) on calls, takes notes, and familiarize yourself with the products we offer

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven experience in outbound sales for tech start-ups
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, with a strong understanding of its functionalities and ability to navigate the platform effectively
  • Previous experience using Outreach.io or similar sales engagement software, such as SalesLoft
