Requirements

  • Post-secondary Education: Specific education in Sales and Marketing required
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or product promotion, demonstrating a successful track record of effectively communicating product value and engaging potential customers
  • Exceptional Communication: Possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively in English
  • Product Promotion Mastery: Proficient in employing innovative promotion techniques and strategies that captivate and attract potential customers, enhancing brand visibility and market penetration
  • Strategic Research Abilities: Expertise in conducting detailed market research to identify and target key business prospects, turning information into actionable insights
  • Technological Proficiency: Skilled at leveraging technology to streamline and enhance outbound calling efforts, boosting both reach and efficiency
  • High-Volume Call Management: Demonstrated ability to manage and execute a high volume of outbound calls daily with precision, maintaining high performance under pressure
  • Superb Organizational Skills: Strong capability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining impeccable quality and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-Motivation: Exhibits a high degree of self-motivation, consistently driving initiatives and reaching out to new clients independently, ensuring goals are met even without direct supervision

Responsibilities

  • Prospect potential customers that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to generate initial interest and engagement
  • Utilize advanced technology to streamline outbound calling efforts, ensuring speed and efficiency in reaching potential clients
  • Manage and progress existing leads through the sales cycle, focusing on securing qualified meetings as successful outcomes
  • Conduct thorough research on organizations and individuals online to discover new leads and expand our market presence
  • Actively prospect into newly identified leads to maximize opportunities for business growth
  • Utilize CRM tools to accurately document all customer interactions and track the progression of leads through the sales funnel
  • Collaborate with fellow SDRs to exchange strategic insights and methods, aiming to boost the collective performance and foster a cooperative work environment
  • Ensure diligent follow-up with all leads to maintain engagement and advance them through the sales process
