Requirements
- 5+ years assembly or repair of complex electromechanical systems
- Troubleshooting video, networking, and computer systems
- Power user of web based live control tools
- Linux OS command line interface and shell scripting
- Strong English oral and written communication tools
- Ability to communicate effectively using collaborative messaging tools
- Physical Requirements: Must be capable of lifting equipment, bending, and performing repairs in various physical environments
- Located in greater Indianapolis area
Responsibilities
- Travel to customer stores and perform physical robot hardware maintenance, repairs, and upgrades / retrofits on robots
- Support via phone and remote login to robots of 3rd party technicians performing work on robots
- Alert escalation support of robot issues via remote login to robots
- Contact customer stores to request help addressing issues with robots
- Remote support on 50% of weekend days
- Local travel up to 50% of time
- Domestic travel up to 10% of time

Benefits
- $60,000 - $80,000 a year
- The base salary offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations
- Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including equity compensation, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits
