Requirements

  • 5+ years assembly or repair of complex electromechanical systems
  • Troubleshooting video, networking, and computer systems
  • Power user of web based live control tools
  • Linux OS command line interface and shell scripting
  • Strong English oral and written communication tools
  • Ability to communicate effectively using collaborative messaging tools
  • Physical Requirements: Must be capable of lifting equipment, bending, and performing repairs in various physical environments
  • Located in greater Indianapolis area

Responsibilities

  • Travel to customer stores and perform physical robot hardware maintenance, repairs, and upgrades / retrofits on robots
  • Support via phone and remote login to robots of 3rd party technicians performing work on robots
  • Alert escalation support of robot issues via remote login to robots
  • Contact customer stores to request help addressing issues with robots
  • Remote support on 50% of weekend days
  • Local travel up to 50% of time
  • Domestic travel up to 10% of time

Benefits

  • $60,000 - $80,000 a year
  • The base salary offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations
  • Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including equity compensation, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits
