Forward Deployed Engineer

Summary

FDEs support the daily operations of Invisible's deployments, working with clients on critical operational tasks. You will leverage your problem-solving skills and technical expertise to design workflows, optimize processes, and respond to support requests. Requirements

• Strong engineering background demonstrated by a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science and related fields OR equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency with one of more programming languages, such as Python, Typescript/JavaScript, or similar
• Familiarity with a data engineering frameworks, such as SQL/NoSQL

Responsibilities

• Work with Solution Architects and other Forward Deployed Software Engineers to understand the critical problems customers have and design workflows to solve them
• Identify workflow optimisations through deep engagement with customer problems and work to build into a stable and scalable solution
• Respond to and triage incoming support requests from both internal and external teams
• Maintain and improve existing workflows to support customer outcomes
