The job description is for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst position at Pretto, a fintech company that specializes in simplifying and making the mortgage loan process easier and more equitable. Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance (40%): monitor key performance indicators across the entire funnel, perform financial modeling, create budgets, and produce detailed financial reports
• Prepare monthly reporting and financial statements to aid strategic decision-making and participate in monthly closings, update certain FNP, and review analytical expense posts
• Implement and oversee projects (30%): manage internal processes, create robust control management systems with various departments, and identify opportunities for optimization
