Summary

The job description is for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst position at Pretto, a fintech company that specializes in simplifying and making the mortgage loan process easier and more equitable. The analyst will work closely with the Head of Finance and be responsible for financial analysis, reporting, and project implementation.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance (40%): monitor key performance indicators across the entire funnel, perform financial modeling, create budgets, and produce detailed financial reports
• Prepare monthly reporting and financial statements to aid strategic decision-making and participate in monthly closings, update certain FNP, and review analytical expense posts
• Implement and oversee projects (30%): manage internal processes, create robust control management systems with various departments, and identify opportunities for optimization
