FP&A Manager, Remote - Worldwide

Summary

The job is for a fully remote FP&A Manager position at AppHub, a growing e-commerce software company. The role reports directly to the CFO and requires strong financial skills, analytical abilities, communication skills, and project management skills. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or economics, with 5+ years of experience in banking, private equity, or finance roles at growth companies, preferably with experience in SaaS companies, M&A, and Private Equity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required. Major in business, accounting, or finance, or economics preferred
• 5+ years of experience in banking, private equity, or finance roles at growth companiesExperience with SaaS company preferred
• Strong demonstrated use of Excel/Google Sheet skills for budget and financial modeling
• Strong understanding of financial reporting tools, such as Netsuite, Vena

Responsibilities

• Partner with the executive team and cross functional leaders to drive execution against the company’s financial and operational goals
• Lead the company’s strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long term planning efforts
• Own the company’s financial model
• Provide support to the M&A process, including but not limited to financial due diligence, modeling and overall deal evaluation including the oversight of integration and financial consolidation, post acquisition
• Develop benchmarking, KPIs, and other frameworks to help drive growth as we scale
• Prepare presentations/financial reports for board and investor meetings, as well monthly/quarterly senior leadership meetings of the company
• Support accounting operations
• Provide assistance to the annual audit process

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with M&A and Private Equity is preferred
• Experience building teams and setting up financial systems and processes from scratch preferred
