Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 5+ years experience in FP&A, preferably in SaaS, technology, or professional services
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services teams
  • Strong understanding of post-sales business models, including renewals, churn, ARR expansion, and service profitability
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders
  • Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in G-Suite, Excel, and NetSuite
  • Ability to function independently as well as within a team effectively and efficiently

Responsibilities

  • Provide FP&A support for Post-Sales (Customer Success and Client Services), collaborating closely with the respective leaders to drive financial performance and ensure alignment with overall business objectives
  • Maintain accurate records of employee headcount across departments, locations, and cost centers
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets that provide accurate insights into the performance and profitability of post-sales functions
  • Develop operational KPIs and financial metrics to track post-sales performance
  • Conduct rigorous financial analysis, evaluate investment opportunities, and identify risks and opportunities to optimize resource allocation, drive growth, and improve profitability
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, Training and Business Operations to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and provide financial guidance for post-sales initiatives, including capacity planning, services scalability, and customer retention strategies
  • Create and maintain monthly and quarterly financial planning processes, including the preparation and presentation of financial reports, variance analysis, and KPIs for senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
