Summary

You will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes, partnering with cross-functional teams, and designing financial models and dashboards. Conduct in-depth financial performance analysis, create systems for efficient financial reporting, and continuously seek process improvements. Mentor junior team members and foster growth within the team. This role requires a financial innovator who can anticipate challenges and build robust systems to support rapid growth. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, ideally in the SaaS or technology industry
  • Proven experience in building and leading FP&A functions
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
  • Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan)
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-directed, able to work independently, and manage multiple priorities
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation
  • Continuously seek process improvements and implement best practices in financial planning and analysis
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering growth, innovation, and excellence
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advanced financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
