Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, ideally in the SaaS or technology industry
- Proven experience in building and leading FP&A functions
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
- Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan)
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-directed, able to work independently, and manage multiple priorities
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation
- Continuously seek process improvements and implement best practices in financial planning and analysis
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering growth, innovation, and excellence
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
