Summary
Join ITG as our FP&A Manager and lead the financial planning, analysis, and performance reporting for the Marketing Technology unit. You will work closely with tech teams in Amsterdam, Utrecht, and London, and the global finance team in Birmingham. Reporting to the Finance Director and working with the COO, you will deliver key financial insights, drive forecasting and budgeting, and support strategic decision-making. As a finance professional, you will translate data into actionable insights, combining analytical skills with a business-focused mindset. You will collaborate with finance colleagues and business leads to provide performance visibility, identify risks and opportunities, and support growth. This role offers a challenging environment with opportunities for learning and progression within a friendly team. The position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A, business control, or financial analysis roles.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, business control, or financial analysis roles
- Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in finance, economics, or accounting
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent financial modeling and Excel skills
- Experience building dashboards and performance reports using modern BI tools
- Ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for Tech
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics, and drive improvements in data quality and reporting processes while providing insights to optimize performance
- Develop and enhance financial models to support scenario planning and decision-making
- Overall ownership of the revenue forecasting and staff costs forecasting
- Partner with business units to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives and investments
- Collaborate with the central finance team to ensure accurate and consistent reporting across the group
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in financial systems and tools; experience with Prophix is a plus
