Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in management accounting and financial analysis
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a keen attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, management accounting and budgeting processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders and senior management
- Ability to build effective business relationships across all levels of the organisation
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic scale up environment, with a proactive approach to managing responsibilities and ensuring process continuity
- Strong ability to prioritise workloads β both personal and for your team β and manage cross-team responsibilities
- Basic SQL knowledge and experience in working closely with Data teams is a strong plus
- Experience in B2B SaaS companies is considered as a strong plus
Responsibilities
- Build and enhance FP&A processes, systems and tools to support strategic and operational planning, ensuring the company is well-prepared for scaling
- Oversee the month-end close process from an FP&A perspective, including data gathering, posting revenue/cost accruals, conducting variance analysis, and presenting key results to the Executive team
- Drive the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term planning processes in collaboration with the Executive team and Finance team
- Provide analytical support to both the Finance team and other business stakeholders, addressing ad hoc requests and delivering actionable insights
- Collaborate closely with the Data team to build finance KPIs infrastructure for better decision-making
- Manage and mentor a small team of financial analysts, prioritising workloads and ensuring the smooth execution of financial processes
