Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in management accounting and financial analysis
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, management accounting and budgeting processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders and senior management
  • Ability to build effective business relationships across all levels of the organisation
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic scale up environment, with a proactive approach to managing responsibilities and ensuring process continuity
  • Strong ability to prioritise workloads – both personal and for your team – and manage cross-team responsibilities
  • Basic SQL knowledge and experience in working closely with Data teams is a strong plus
  • Experience in B2B SaaS companies is considered as a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Build and enhance FP&A processes, systems and tools to support strategic and operational planning, ensuring the company is well-prepared for scaling
  • Oversee the month-end close process from an FP&A perspective, including data gathering, posting revenue/cost accruals, conducting variance analysis, and presenting key results to the Executive team
  • Drive the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term planning processes in collaboration with the Executive team and Finance team
  • Provide analytical support to both the Finance team and other business stakeholders, addressing ad hoc requests and delivering actionable insights
  • Collaborate closely with the Data team to build finance KPIs infrastructure for better decision-making
  • Manage and mentor a small team of financial analysts, prioritising workloads and ensuring the smooth execution of financial processes
