FP&A Senior Manager

Summary

Join Leadtech as a highly motivated and analytical FP&A Senior Manager to drive the company's next phase of growth. Based remotely in Spain (ideally Barcelona), you will act as a strategic partner to leadership, providing financial insights and guiding key decisions. This role offers the chance to build out the FP&A function and significantly impact Leadtech's future. You will lead budgeting and forecasting, develop financial models, prepare financial reports, and improve FP&A processes. The ideal candidate will have approximately 5 years of FP&A experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in financial software. Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of experience in a financial planning and analysis (FP&A) role
• Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (Qlik and SAP in particular)
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis : Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, providing in-depth analysis of financial performance and key business drivers
• Strategic Partnering: Act as a key business partner to senior leadership, providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives, new business opportunities, and investment decisions
• Financial Modeling : Develop and maintain complex financial models to support long-range planning, scenario analysis, and M&A activities
• Reporting & Insights : Prepare and present comprehensive financial reporting packages for the executive team and board of directors, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities
• Process Improvement : Drive the continuous improvement of FP&A processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct analysis of market trends and competitor performance to inform strategic planning

Preferred Qualifications

• A background in investment banking, corporate development, or a similar role at a technology company is highly preferred
• Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona is a plus, though the position is fully remote within Spain
