Frontend Engineer

Summary

Join Wolt's Merchant Business Systems & Compliance team and contribute to the transformation of the merchant journey. You will build an integrated, scalable, and state-of-the-art CRM platform to empower frontline teams and enhance operational efficiency. This role involves owning the entire development process, from business logic to deployment, utilizing modern technologies like Kotlin, Python, TypeScript, React, and more. The team operates autonomously with support from central teams when needed, fostering a culture of ownership, growth, and flexibility. The position is based in Finland or Germany, offering a hybrid work model and relocation assistance.

Requirements

• Have several years of experience building high-quality software
• Be proficient with React + Typescript
• Work closely with teammates and have a good connection with team members
• Express your opinions and work together with the rest of the team

Responsibilities

• Own the transformation of the merchant journey by building an integrated, scalable, and state-of-the-art CRM platform
• Empower frontline teams and enhance operational efficiency by establishing industry best practices automations
• Ensure scalability and reliability of the system
• Handle the whole development process (business logic, testing, database & data streaming, CI/CD, analytics, cloud) in an autonomous manner

Preferred Qualifications

Have several years of professional experience with React + Typescript
