Responsibilities

• Complete assigned tasks with accuracy, closely following instructions and timelines while maintaining high standards
• Take pride in personal deliverables, ensuring that each order is handled with quality and care
• Escalate issues proactively and propose simple, thoughtful solutions to keep operations running smoothly
• Use performance metrics to gauge progress, working with managers and team members to understand key metrics that drive success
• Engage in basic data analysis to identify process improvements and help create a better experience for our customers
• Regularly ask questions to deepen your understanding of fulfillment metrics and the “why” behind our processes
• Practice active listening, empathy, and teamwork with colleagues, appreciating the diverse perspectives and ideas each person brings
• Ask thoughtful questions and provide input to improve team processes and solve common issues
• Seek and offer feedback to learn and grow in your role, contributing to a positive, collaborative, and inclusive team culture
• Support the wider Ops team with ad hoc tasks related to the wider supply chain and results pipeline

Preferred Qualifications

• No prior experience required; experience in warehousing or fulfillment is a plus
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed
• Motivation to continuously improve and develop within the role
