Full Stack Engineer

Summary

Join DaCodes, a high-impact software and digital transformation firm, and become our new Full Stack Web & Mobile Developer. You will help grow, maintain, and evolve our event management application using a JavaScript/TypeScript stack and .NET for backend development. Collaborate with our team to build and ship new features, maintain the codebase, consult with clients, and contribute to the technical roadmap. This hands-on engineering role requires strong full-stack development skills, proficiency in TypeScript and React Native, and experience with RESTful APIs. Requirements

• Solid experience building full stack applications with React and Next.js
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript
• Experience developing and deploying React Native apps (iOS & Android)
• Comfortable working with .NET backend or willing to learn quickly
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and software architecture
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken)
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and ability to take ownership

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web and mobile features across our platform
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into high-quality code
• Help prioritize features and contribute to technical decision-making
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement processes
• Contribute to backend development using .NET as needed (deep expertise not required)
• Support integration of third-party services and APIs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in event tech or high-growth startups
• Knowledge of CI/CD and cloud infrastructure
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and client-facing projects
