Functional QA Analyst

Requirements

• Proven experience in functional testing within Salesforce environments
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into effective test cases
• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
• Proficiency with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Zephyr)
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• English conversational proficient

Responsibilities

• Validate business flows and functionalities implemented in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
• Design, write, and execute test cases based on functional requirements
• Perform functional, exploratory, and regression testing to ensure product quality
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as Jira
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
• Participate in user story reviews and help define acceptance criteria

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, App Builder)
• Basic knowledge of test automation tools
• Experience testing integrations with other systems (e.g., ERPs, APIs)
