Join our team as a Remote Fundraiser and contribute to the preservation of historical landmarks worldwide! You will cultivate relationships with donors, manage fundraising campaigns, and maintain donor data in our CRM system. This remote position requires strong communication skills, experience in fundraising or a related field, and proficiency with CRM software. You will work independently, managing your time effectively to meet fundraising goals and maintain accurate donor records. Direct communication with the client is required for service delivery and payment processing. While the client handles payroll and vacation policies, a competitive salary is offered.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fundraising, customer service, or a similar role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, DonorPerfect) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain relationships with donors and prospects through phone calls and emails
• Follow up on inquiries and maintain consistent communication to ensure donor retention
• Assist in planning and executing fundraising campaigns, including crafting donor appeal emails and letters
• Collaborate with the team to meet campaign goals and deadlines
• Accurately record all donor interactions and update donor profiles in the CRM system
• Ensure data integrity and generate reports as required
• Provide logistical support for fundraising events and campaigns
• Respond promptly and professionally to donor inquiries and requests
• Identify and research potential donors and funding opportunities
• Stay informed about trends and best practices in nonprofit fundraising
• Consistently meet or exceed fundraising targets
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive donor records
• Demonstrate effective and professional donor engagement
• Support the successful execution of fundraising campaigns and initiatives
• Communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or a related field
• Experience or interest in nonprofit work and cultural preservation
