Summary

Join Juniper Square, a company revolutionizing private markets, as a Product Manager to spearhead the transformation of fundraising through AI. You will define how AI reshapes private market fundraising, develop roadmaps balancing features, stability, and performance, and deeply understand customer needs. Collaborate extensively with various teams, ship features iteratively, and work cross-functionally to drive adoption. This role requires significant experience in technical product management and a proven ability to leverage AI. Preference is given to candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area who can work in the office 2-3 times a week.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical product management role
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical or quantitative field, or equivalent schooling or training
  • Demonstrated ability to define and ship complex, technical products in an iterative, agile manner
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI to redefine conventional thinking
  • Comfort working with a range of levels, from envisioning entirely new products to mastering details and edge cases
  • Proven ability to motivate, lead and convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences through writing, presentations and collaboration with a diverse set of business teams from engineering to operations, and marketing to customer success

Responsibilities

  • Entrepreneurially define how AI will transform private market fundraising
  • Develop your roadmap by balancing competing needs between features, stability and performance
  • Develop deep empathy for our customers’ needs and pain points, by close collaboration with colleagues from our product, sales, customer success, operations teams as well as customers themselves
  • Ship features and improvements frequently and iteratively, planning projects, documenting requirements, and motivating those building solutions with an understanding of the ‘why’ and the ‘what’, inspiring their ownership of the ‘how’
  • Work cross-functionally with product marketing, customer success, operations teams and more to roll out new capabilities and drive adoption

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates in the San Francisco bay area are preferred who are able to be in the office 2-3 times per week
