Game Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter

Summary

Join SOFTGAMES' dynamic People Team as a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent for our instant gaming company. Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth recruitment processes. This is a part-time, 6-month fixed contract position (20 hours/week). You will administer recruitment tools, schedule interviews, review CVs, conduct screening calls, draft job descriptions, and perform active sourcing. Contribute to People Team initiatives to improve hiring processes and candidate experience. A skills assessment is required as part of the selection process.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills with attention to detail
• Experience reviewing CVs and filtering candidates for creative and technical roles
• Having an eye for Game Art, with the ability to assess the artistic fit of candidates with our projects
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
• Enthusiastic about gaming and knowledgeable about the gaming industry

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the People Team to align recruitment strategies with company values and objectives
• Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop role requirements
• Administer our Recruitment Tool to ensure top automation and experience for stakeholders and candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams
• Review and filter CVs and / or portfolios for a variety of positions
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit and provide feedback to hiring managers
• Draft and refine job descriptions to accurately reflect role requirements and company culture
• Support the creation and setup of new positions by aligning with department leads
• Perform active sourcing on professional platforms to build and maintain a talent pipeline
• Contribute to People Team initiatives, such as improving hiring processes and enhancing candidate experience
