Summary

Join Vosyn, a leading Language Synthesis AI firm, as a Human Resources Recruitment Specialist intern. This 3-month, remote (with hybrid options in Toronto) internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. You will screen and qualify candidates, conduct interviews, and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline. The role requires a Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field and strong communication and organizational skills. Successful candidates will gain valuable experience in recruitment and contribute to a growing company on the verge of an IPO. Vosyn offers a unique opportunity to work directly with senior management and contribute to impactful projects. The internship provides a rewarding experience for Master's level students or recent graduates.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master’s program in Human Resources Management or a related field
• Master’s program enrollment or completion is mandatory
• Capable of evaluating candidate qualifications and providing well-informed recommendations
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and implementing best practices
• Strong communication and strong accountability to effectively engage in your work and contribute in a team environment ultimately driving success within Human Resource efforts
• Proficient communication in English (both verbal and written) is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Review applications to screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational needs
• Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment
• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline by networking and leveraging recruitment tools
• Provide detailed candidate evaluations and recommendations to the hiring team
• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and refine candidate profiles
• Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to enhance candidate sourcing and evaluation

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in recruitment, candidate screening, or talent acquisition is an asset
