Summary
Join Vosyn, a leading Language Synthesis AI firm, as a Human Resources Recruitment Specialist intern. This 3-month, remote (with hybrid options in Toronto) internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. You will screen and qualify candidates, conduct interviews, and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline. The role requires a Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field and strong communication and organizational skills. Successful candidates will gain valuable experience in recruitment and contribute to a growing company on the verge of an IPO. Vosyn offers a unique opportunity to work directly with senior management and contribute to impactful projects. The internship provides a rewarding experience for Master's level students or recent graduates.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master’s program in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Master’s program enrollment or completion is mandatory
- Capable of evaluating candidate qualifications and providing well-informed recommendations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and implementing best practices
- Strong communication and strong accountability to effectively engage in your work and contribute in a team environment ultimately driving success within Human Resource efforts
- Proficient communication in English (both verbal and written) is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities
- Review applications to screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational needs
- Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline by networking and leveraging recruitment tools
- Provide detailed candidate evaluations and recommendations to the hiring team
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and refine candidate profiles
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to enhance candidate sourcing and evaluation
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in recruitment, candidate screening, or talent acquisition is an asset
