Summary

Join SOFTGAMES' dynamic People Team as a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist. This interim part-time (20 hours/week), 3-month fixed contract role involves collaborating with the People Team and stakeholders to manage recruitment processes. You will partner with hiring managers, administer recruitment tools, schedule interviews, review CVs, conduct screening calls, draft job descriptions, support new position creation, perform active sourcing, and contribute to team initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, strong organizational skills, experience reviewing CVs for creative and technical roles, an eye for game art, excellent communication skills, and enthusiasm for gaming. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition
  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills with attention to detail
  • Experience reviewing CVs and filtering candidates for creative and technical roles
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
  • Enthusiastic about gaming and knowledgeable about the gaming industry

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the People Team to align recruitment strategies with company values and objectives
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop role requirements
  • Administer our Recruitment Tool to ensure top automation and experience for stakeholders and candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams
  • Review and filter CVs and / or portfolios for a variety of positions
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit and provide feedback to hiring managers
  • Draft and refine job descriptions to accurately reflect role requirements and company culture
  • Support the creation and setup of new positions by aligning with department leads
  • Perform active sourcing on professional platforms to build and maintain a talent pipeline
  • Contribute to People Team initiatives, such as improving hiring processes and enhancing candidate experience

Preferred Qualifications

Having an eye for Game Art, with the ability to assess the artistic fit of candidates with our projects
