Requirements

• Have hands-on experience with GenAI tools in an agency or business environment and a strong foundation in graphic design and video editing
• Have a solid background in performance marketing and the ability to translate business requirements into promising product offers that impress not only your colleagues, but the clients as well
• Be a great storyteller and a brand ambassador, with a proven ability to blend AI with brand guidelines
• Be agile to adapt quickly, and curious enough to be continuously learning to keep up with the technology and business advancements

Responsibilities

• Prototype & Pilot the new AI driven creative generation solutions
• Collaborate with Sales to help us win new business and constantly push boundaries of what's possible in creative automation
• Work alongside our tight-knit product squad of a Product Manager, Designer and Development Lead to turn successful AI concepts into tangible products for thousands of end-users
• Produce interesting demos, but products that can scale to global omnichannel retailers like Adidas and Marks & Spencer
• Build new products with our customer-centric mindset leveraging our established tech infrastructure and global partnerships in an empowering environment that nurtures ownership and innovation
• Be at the forefront of our AI strategy, exploring new models, partnerships, tools while leveraging ROI Hunters ad-tech expertise and best-in-class platform

Preferred Qualifications

• Be a rising talent who’s dabbled in generative AI at a local marketing agency or startup
• Be naturally curious, proactive, and passionate about turning bleeding-edge AI insights into practical, revenue-generating solutions
