Join ModSquad, a company partnering with top-tier brands, as a Mod Contractor! Work from home with flexible schedules providing customer support via ticket, chat, and phone. Assist customers, solve concerns, and guide them to optimize product or service use. Projects are available now, with more on the horizon. Bilingual (German/English) skills are required. Pay rates vary by client and are discussed during the interview process. This opportunity excludes individuals residing in California, Colorado, New York, and Washington.

Requirements

• Have a Ticket, Chat and/or Phone background
• Be Bilingual: German/English
• Have a dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
• Have a quality headset
• Have a quiet workspace to take calls
• Be willing to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on phone
• Submit a grammatically correct and comprehensive application

Responsibilities

• Assist and guide customers to the right answers
• Solve concerns
• Be the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services
