German Community Manager

Summary

The job is for a Community Manager at Keywords Studios, a global game development service provider. The role involves managing gaming communities on social media, engaging with players, and providing feedback to developers. The position is remote and open to candidates worldwide.

Requirements

• Full time availability, 40h a week, or part time 20h a week (minimum 4h a day, Monday to Friday)
• Native level in German. and excellent knowledge of English (C1 level or higher)
• 1+ years experience in managing online communities within the gaming space
• Outstanding communication and writing skills to connect with players and team members effectively

Responsibilities

• Engage players on social media, create epic content, and be their voice towards the Dev team behind their favorite game
• Review all incoming community interactions on various social media platforms and respond promptly to player queries and comments
• Maintain discussions and comments in line with community guidelines, fostering a positive and respectful environment
• Keep meticulous records and create comprehensive reports as needed, providing valuable insights to support community growth
• Work closely with developers, forwarding them important player feedback and issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Discord within the gaming space
• Interest in fantasy/role playing games
• International work experience, accommodating varying time zones and cultural differences
