Summary

The job is for a Talent Manager role in a digital freelancing platform called Ready. The position involves managing the interaction with the platform's community of freelancers, ensuring their satisfaction, and promoting the growth of the platform. Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in general roles and 2 years of specific experience in customer service, account management of talents, or similar positions
• Professional in Psychology Organizational, Human Resources, or Career Development

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for freelancers, providing support and helping them resolve any issues
• Work closely with other team members to ensure that freelancer interests are represented in all business decisions
• Collaborate with the internal platform team to ensure freelancers receive the best possible experience on the platform
• Identify and address freelancer issues, working with the team to develop solutions and ensure client satisfaction
• Identify new opportunities for growing the freelancer community and work with the marketing and sales teams to implement effective solutions
• Work to increase the number of active and committed freelancers on the platform
• Analyze and report on client behavior and platform activity to inform decision-making for improving and optimizing the customer service
• Help freelancers succeed in the community by providing necessary information and assistance
• Work with the accounting department for monthly payments to freelancers
