German speaking Senior Service Delivery Manager

Summary

Join a core team of Service Management experts and contribute to the company's goals by managing customer contracts, planning processes, and implementing quality assurance. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in IT industry with expertise in Service, Delivery, Partner management or technical Product Owner roles.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in the IT industry
• Extensive experience in Service, Delivery, Partner management or as a technical Product Owner
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, Agile concepts and process management
• Outstanding communication skills
• A strong B2/C1 level German and English
• Exceptional presentation and moderation skills as well as persuasiveness at top management level
• Superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines
• High degree of flexibility and willingness to expand the scope of classic service delivery management (customer interface) to "product service management" (interfaces to partners and many customers)
• Previous experience working with contract regulations, managing confidential information

Responsibilities

• Regular communication with all stakeholders
• Responsibility for customer contract fulfillment
• Control planning process & forecast process
• Claim management
• Management of customer/partner complaints, especially in strategic and complex projects
• Process coordination and implementation
• Management reporting and governance tasks
• Participation in larger projects, individually managing smaller scale projects
• Recommendation of optimization potentials
• Implementation of quality assurance
