Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Advice and support for Microsoft corporate customers (SMBs) and Microsoft partner companies on technical questions
  • Contact by telephone (inbound and outbound), as well as in writing by email, in German and in English
  • Solving technical problems in contact with IT administrators, IT managers and other employees of the partner companies
  • Identifying relevant processes and forwarding corresponding feedback to other teams
