Requirements
- Native level of German
- Fluent level of English
- Minimum one year of experience in technical support or as a system administrator

Responsibilities
- Advice and support for Microsoft corporate customers (SMBs) and Microsoft partner companies on technical questions
- Contact by telephone (inbound and outbound), as well as in writing by email, in German and in English
- Solving technical problems in contact with IT administrators, IT managers and other employees of the partner companies
- Identifying relevant processes and forwarding corresponding feedback to other teams
