Summary

Join ELEKS Project Management Office as a Project Coordinator in Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, or Kyiv! Requirements

  • A degree in Business, Communications, IT, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in project management in the software or IT industry
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, ideally with some hands-on application
  • Good technical understanding and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
  • Upper-intermediate level or higher proficiency in both German and English, spoken and written
  • An independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in dynamic team environments

Responsibilities

  • Project management: You are the central point of contact for our customers and ensure the successful planning and implementation of projects
  • Customer-orientation: You adapt our project methodology to the needs of our customers and keep all stakeholders up to date
  • Technical know-how: You analyse complex requirements and work closely with our development team to create high-quality solutions
  • PreSales support: You will support our sales team by providing technical information and explaining the benefits of our solutions to potential customers
  • Stakeholder management: Communicate regularly with all stakeholders and manage their expectations throughout the project
  • Risk and change management: You recognise potential risks at an early stage and develop risk mitigation strategies
  • Documentation: You create regular status reports and project analyses to document progress
