Summary
Join Wellthy's Care Team as a Care Coordinator or Care Adviser and help families navigate the complexities of caregiving. As a Care Coordinator, you'll be the primary point of contact for families, guiding them through care logistics and building strong relationships. Care Advisers support Care Coordinators by executing care-related tasks and conducting research. This is a remote, global opportunity with locations in France, Ireland, the United Kingdom, Singapore, and India. Responsibilities
- Guide Wellthy families through the complexities of caregiving
- Manage the logistics of care
- Build strong relationships with families
- Prioritize families' unique care needs
- Develop comprehensive care plans
- Oversee the ongoing needs of families
- Coordinate medical appointments
- Research providers
- Track medications
- Manage medical bills
- Assist with insurance and facility vetting
- Ensure seamless, high-quality service in collaboration with Care Advisers
- Execute care-related tasks with precision and efficiency
- Conduct research
- Complete tasks
- Deliver high-quality results for members
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in healthcare, social work, or care management
- Experience navigating insurance, medical billing, or caregiving logistics
- Strong research and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Fluency in English, French, German, Spanish, Arabic, Hebrew, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Bengali, Malay, Thai, or Vietnamese
