Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma/GED required
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in a senior compensation consultant role with global responsibilities required
- Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. person (defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status)
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, evaluation, and implementation of global compensation programs, including base pay structures, variable pay, and equity compensation
- Lead year-end processes to include budgeting, modeling, communications, requirement design, tool implementation as well as training and consulting to key partners and the business
- Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local regulations across diverse markets
- Support job design and evaluation, job family creation as well as annual and ad-hoc job matching in support of appropriate pricing
- Partner with existing external vendors on services provided and billing and with potential new vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Contribute and analysis data from multiple survey sources to keep a pulse on market and pay trends
- Stay current with global regulations and industry trends related to compensation and benefits
- Develop policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements and mitigate potential risks associated with compensation practices
- Utilization of various tools and systems to create and drive robust models and data as part of large projects and processes such as year-end, structure design and equity analysis work
- Utilize data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness of compensation programs, identify trends, and recommend adjustments to support organizational goals and employee satisfaction
- Experience enhancing and/or implementing compensation systems and reporting tools
- Develop communication plans and content to effectively communicate programs to managers and employees globally
- Provide guidance and training to key partners such as HR, finance, legal teams, HR Technology and managers to ensure consistent understanding and implementation of policies and programs
- Partner effectively and provide training and consultation with talent Acquisition on both internal and external offers
- Build relationships with our business leaders and HR partners acting as a trusted advisor providing consultation and solutions to address business challenges
- Help design and implement compensation initiatives which may include mergers, acquisitions, and organizational restructuring activities, ensuring smooth integration and alignment with company standards
- Provide project management leadership on key processes and projects such as year-end, mid-year, structure building market approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree and certifications (e.g., CCP, CBP) strongly preferred
- Proven successful experience in compensation aspects including exposure to international/global working environment
- Some Knowledge and applied practice of executive compensation and deferred compensation
- Strong modeling and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make strategic recommendations
- Detail-oriented providing accurate reporting and results
- Experience with HRIS and other tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels
- Strong understanding of the FLSA, ACA, compliance, and other relevant People-related policies and laws is desirable, with a demonstrated ability to research and understand compliance Sales Compensation experience
- CCP Certified
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions from due diligence to integration
