Join Fuel50 as a Group/Global Finance Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial, operational, and strategic direction. Reporting to the CFOO, you will manage the day-to-day finance function, including accounting, payroll, and tax. This role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, experience in SaaS metrics reporting, and the ability to train and develop staff. The ideal candidate will have a finance and accounting degree, CA qualification (or equivalent), and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Requirements

  • Degree in Finance & Accounting, and CA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Experienced in SaaS metrics reporting requirements
  • Three to five years experience in a finance or accounting position, preferably a CA or equivalent, ideally with some offshore accounting experience and Big 4 background
  • Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, both US GAAP and IFRS
  • Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations in the US, UK and NZ
  • Working knowledge of short and long term budgeting and forecasting, rolling budgets, and product-line profitability analysis
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Ability to manage simultaneous projects
  • Ability to perform to a high level and the deliver quality reporting within tight timeframes

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day finance function
  • Manage the day to day management of the accounting, payroll and tax functions
  • Deliver financial information (with CFOO review and input)
  • Continue developing and upskilling the existing finance team
  • Be part of the change management for any new tools or software used

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems, Xero, Smart Payroll, and TriNet
