Global FP&A Specialist

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial consulting, investment banking, or similar roles
• Solid experience in financial modeling and quantitative analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools
• Knowledge of ERP and financial planning systems
• Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate data into clear recommendations
• Fluency in English (oral and written)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced financial models for profitability analysis, forecasting, and strategic decision-making
• Support the preparation and monitoring of the budget and forecast, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Analyze the company's financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
• Prepare detailed financial reports for management, investors, and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with business teams to translate financial data into actionable insights
• Continuously improve FP&A processes through the automation and digitalization of reports and dashboards
• Support the evaluation of investments, cost optimization projects, and pricing strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in technology or mobility companies
• Knowledge of business analysis and strategy methodologies
