Global Head of Legal

Summary

Join Be One Solutions as an In-house Legal Counsel to oversee cross-functional legal matters, draft and negotiate agreements, create and maintain contract databases, and support various departments worldwide.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of commercial law experience
• Proven experience as in-house legal counsel for international companies
• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including experience with agreements related to software and professional services
• Experience in independently managing complex processes as well as collaborating within a team in a fast-paced international business environment

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements and other legal documents with clients, vendors, subcontractors and team members
• Creating and maintaining contract database and life cycle tracking
• Creating, updating and controlling legal and compliance policies
• Supporting various departments in the company worldwide, such as sales, operations, marketing, human resources and others
• Developing, implementing and enforcing legal processes and procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Language skills: Mandatory: Fluency in English. Advantage: Fluency in another language (such as German, Portuguese, French, etc.)
• Personal Skills: Ability to handle multiple projects in parallel and work under pressure. Great attention to detail and organizational skills, resourceful and results-oriented
• Personal Skills: Excellent communication and drafting skills. Highly independent, responsive, and proactive
