The job is for a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join the Finance team at Carbon6, a fast-growing global ecommerce company. The role involves managing financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, financial reporting, and strategic support.

Requirements

• A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required; a MBA or CFA designation is a plus
• Experience in a B2B, SaaS/Technology industry is preferred
• Expertise in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial software such as Netsuite), with strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting experience

Responsibilities

• Manage financial modelling and management reporting processes including the budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, reporting, and strategic planning
• Lead and manage the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with company objectives
• Develop rolling forecasts and financial projections to support strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with department heads and senior leaders to gather input and validate assumptions
• Monitor performance against budget, analyzing variances and proposing corrective actions
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Lead the development of executive-level presentations to communicate financial results and strategic insights
• Drive cost optimization efforts by analyzing cost structures and identifying opportunities for efficiency
• Provide financial insights on project costs, assessing potential risks and returns
• Own, develop and maintain complex financial models that evaluate business scenarios and strategic initiatives
• Serve as a key finance partner to executive leadership, providing insights that influence strategic business decisions
