Summary

Join Experian's Global Learning team as a Learning Product Manager and contribute to the success of our skills and learning strategy. Requirements

  • +8 years of experience in a global business matrix
  • +5 years of experience in a learning role
  • Be client focussed and commercially astute with a strong understanding of Experian business, the context and markets in which the company operates
  • Be a thought partner, a trusted counsel and a valued voice, providing innovative ideas, provocation, influence and challenge to the management / leadership teams

Responsibilities

  • Product manage our global learning solutions, continuously taking into consideration data, user feedback and business strategy to guarantee effectiveness and efficiency of our investment
  • Manage the backlog and build new features for Career Hub according to our product roadmap and release plan
  • Listen to end users to determine our approach and next steps to support building skills and careers; including the future vision, structure and strategy for our Experian University and Academies, supporting the learning partners in the business
  • Build out our tech solutions (in partnership with our Global Learning Tech Manager); testing new technology especially GenAI to enhance learning offer and skills agenda
  • Work with the regional L&D leads and our communications lead to build strong approaches to activation of the learning products across our communities
  • Constantly evaluate the quality of what our learning teams produce; and listen to feedback from our customers in order to determine future tactics and strategies; produce and share insights into the usage of our products with key stakeholders to drive action
  • Be accountable for delivering outcomes with autonomy to do so
  • Work through the consulting cycle to ensure that there is a clear problem definition and clarity on the deliverables and expected impact
  • Work with ambiguity or pivoting as required to ensure business impact and alignment to reaching strategic objectives
  • Maintain a strong focus on designing and managing solutions with our employees and users at the centre, aligning business strategy with employees’ needs
  • Partner with business leaders, HRBPs and CoEs to execute strategy and builds credible partnerships
  • Lead and drive a culture that achieves the business goals, delights customers and keeps consumer advocacy at the heart of everything we do
  • Ensure that good client / consumer outcomes are at the centre of all products design and operational activity and decision making
  • Deliver great clients and consumers service and seek to exceed client / consumer expectations
  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements within role responsibility and escalate issues quickly
  • Pro-actively identify risks and make recommendation to mitigate these
  • Understand and adhere to specific regulatory obligations and company policies and procedures
