Summary
Join Believe's Global Sales Communication team and contribute to international projects enhancing Believe’s commercial impact. You will assist in planning and executing global commercial communication projects, centralize and report news, organize meetings, manage the global Sales Communication calendar and budget, and manage the internal audiovisual studio. Responsibilities also include supporting artist & label interview production, developing new creative content formats, assisting with client events, and supporting HighNotes content production. The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in a master’s program in marketing, communication, or event management and possesses strong writing and communication skills, fluency in English, and digital savviness. A strong interest in AI tools and their applications is preferred. Design and video skills are a plus.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a master’s program in marketing, communication, or event management
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Digitally savvy, organized, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of global commercial communication projects
- Centralize and report local news, chart rankings, award wins, and key signings
- Organize and lead meetings with Local Social & Sales Communication Managers (LSSCMs)
- Update and manage the global Sales Communication calendar & roadmap
- Organize and track the budget for the annual Global Sales Communication Seminar
- Manage the internal audiovisual studio (bookings, equipment, schedules)
- Support the production of artist & label interview formats: artist sourcing, logistics, budget follow-up
- Participate in the development of new creative content formats (interviews, live sessions, etc.)
- Assist with client events (Amplify Events, Innovative Sessions, label launches, etc.)
- Support the production of HighNotes content (PowerPoint, infographics, reports)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship/apprenticeship experience preferred
- Strong interest in AI tools and their applications in communication and content creation – able to proactively suggest new ideas and AI-powered solutions to improve processes and creativity
- Design & video skills (Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Suite) are a plus
