Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or a similar strategic finance role including investment banking and consulting
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data visualization with a willingness to learn other tools
  • Demonstrated experience to collaborate cross-functionally and influence decision-making at all levels of an organization
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-driven mindset
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to navigate ambiguous situations
  • Ability to develop and/or improve processes, and work cross-functionally to influence decision making and implement change collaboratively across the organization
  • Intense curiosity about understanding key drivers of a complex business with eagerness and motivation to make an impact on the business

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate financial planning and expense forecasting for the Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring alignment with corporate goals while partnering closely with our Accounting team
  • Lead sales commission payouts in accordance with the various commission plans through our CaptivateIQ system, along with synthesizing commissions analyses on attainment and performance
  • Drive reporting, process, and discipline for finance process to shape and influence decision-making including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, monthly budget vs. actual reviews, and long-range plans such as a sales capacity model
  • Partner with the Marketing team to evaluate campaign performance, customer acquisition costs, and return on investment (ROI) to maximize efficiency
  • Lead ad-hoc financial analyses to support decision-making across our finance organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SQL is a plus, but not required
